eyefll: 6 month old

I photographed Brynn briefly when she was just a few months old. That photo shoot was for Christmas. This one was all for Brynn. At 6 months old, this little lady has stolen hearts! I started out with this photo, well because it is stinkin cute, with the crossd eyes and the raspberry blowing.

At one point, she had had enough of me! LOL and this little toy was all that was keeping her happy. So, it had a photo shoot too.

Another one of my "babies" all grown up. You might recognize her, she made the "headliner" of this blog!

and now, one year.

Mom wanted to do some studio style pictures, so I said, "Yep, okay!" and I love how they turned out.

Had to throw a few of big brother in.

Its HIS birthday too.

Yep, big brother and little sister share the same birthday!

Cake time! She only wanted to eat cake off the number 1.

Im sure this family gets this all the time...but they really are the BEST family :)

I met this family 4 years ago when we both moved to our current town, they from New Mexico and we from California. We attended the same church and then Cherise and I in a women's bible study for a few years. I think I had just had my second and she ws pregnant with that little red head you see in the pictures! This family has such a heart for God and a tenderness for others, I am like a moth to a flame every time I am with them. We don't spend near enough time with each other (and we live about a mile from each other).

This little lady is the 3rd BESTest child. So sweet. I was happy to meet miss A!

eyefull: Birth

Oh man.
Labor! So much to bring a baby into the world. So much to take care of them once they are here.
So blessed that you can have a child.
Thanks to the Decanter Family for letting me peek into this special moment for them!

Waiting in between the "work" to push the baby into the world. Momma was a trooper. She pushed [maybe] a total of twenty minutes.

Oh, little brother. Only minutes old...wondering what in the world just happened!

So blessed, blessed, blessed...to give birth to a healthy baby. Not everyone is so lucky.
Don't you just want to kiss those lips? I had a hard time holding back.
I suppose Mom should get the first kiss :)

How happy I am to capture this little man at 6 months! I have been blessed to photograph him as a newborn, a 3 month old and now a six month old. I get all the pleasure of watching him grow up without having to grow him up (if you know what I mean)!
